Cook the zucchini in a cooking pot with boiling water and salt. Drain them well and let them cool. Melt the feta cheese into another cooking pot along with a little olive oil, pepper and breadcrumbs. Stir until the mixture becomes uniform. Pour the mixture over the zucchini and serve warm.
Zucchini, as the basic ingredient of this particular dish, increases its antioxidant content, while feta cheese is a source of animal protein, calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D.
