In a mixing bowl combine ingredients and make a very thin batter. If needed, adjust milk or flour accordingly. Flour and grease lightly a baking dish and pour batter, 2 cm thick. Pour on top some olive oil and bake in a pre-heated oven for about 45 minutes or until top is crispy and golden brown.
