INSTRUCTIONS

After boiling the potatoes, peel and cut them into cubes. Then put them in a salad bowl and add chopped scallion, diced orange, Kalamata olives and green olives. Finally, add caper, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar and sprinkle with oregano from Taygetos.
