Combine the ingredients, adding 4 tbsp honey or fig jam. Roll out a sheet of thin dough and use a cup to cut out round dough pieces. Add some filling to each and close it in a half-moon shape. Press the edges with a fork to seal well and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and sprinkle with rose water and powdered sugar.
