BACK
SALTED COD MEAT WITH SEASONAL FRUITS AND OLIVE OIL CREAM

Instructions:

Cut the cod meat into squares and marinate in lime and olive oil. Serve the marinated cod in a platter together with the fruits and vegetables and garnish with the olive cream.

  • salted cod
  • lotus or prickly pear or any other seasonal fruit
  • olive oil cream
  • radish
  • coriander
  • lime juice
  • lime zest
