Cut and fry peppers until tender. Then place them into a baking dish. Dissolve flour with milk, beat eggs and grate cheese. Mix well the cheese and the milk with the flour and beaten eggs to combine. Add a little salt and pepper. Pour mixture on the peppers. Mix until fully combined. Bake in a preheated oven so that the pie gets a nice color. While in the oven, sprinkle 250 gr grated cheese to form a crust.
Peppers increase the antioxidant intake of this dish while the addition of feta cheese and milk increase its content in calcium.
