Instructions

Combine flour and salt with water to make a thin batter. Grease a non-stick skillet and place it on high heat. Pour two tablespoons of batter and spread so it covers it all the surface of pan. Cook one side until golden brown. Turn pancake and cook other side. Once all pancakes have been cooked, dip one by one in hot oil and sprinkle each with grated mizithra cheese.

 

Nutritional value

Pancakes are high in complex carbohydrates, fiber, a number of vitamins, such as B-complex vitamins and trace elements, such as manganese. Mizithra cheese contains animal protein, calcium, and A and B- complex vitamins.
