In a bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly. Place two pastry sheets in a greased baking dish, pour filling and drizzle with olive oil. Cover with two pastry sheets and bake in medium oven for 45 minutes.
The main ingredient of this recipe, unsalted mizithra, is a source of animal protein, calcium, vitamins A and B-complex. Milk is also a good source of calcium, while eggs contain cholesterol.
