Clean the asparagus. Boil asparagus for a few minutes and cut into small cubes. Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a skillet and heat it up. Lightly fry asparagus. Add mint. Beat eggs and pour into skillet. Add salt and pepper. Serve with lemon juice.
