Boil water in a saucepan and put the grape vine shoots. Lower the heat and let them simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add all the ingredients except for the meat and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes. When ready, turn off the heat and add the egg-lemon sauce. Roast the chicken on a charcoal grill. Serve dish garnished with vegetable sauce.
