BAKED ANCHOVY RISSOLES

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Chop all the ingredients, put them into a bowl and mix them. Then knead the mixture, form small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cook them over medium heat for 20 minutes.


Sauce: Olive oil, lemon and oregano.


Nutritional value

Anchovy is a main source of protein and is rich in B-complex vitamins and iron. It belongs to the category of fish with a low fat content (<5%) and is a source of omega-3 fats. It also contains several vitamins and trace elements as well as water-soluble B-complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B12), basic minerals and trace elements such as calcium, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and iodine.
